In this process we have to follow a first step, Siguiient into the thrill begins and it is melt metal up in you go liquid. This molten metal is at an incredibly hot temperature! From there, we take the red hot metal and pour it into a sand-based mold which forms our desired product. As the metal heats up, liquid-metal (molten) pours inside and cools down which shapes itself into that sand mold. Foundry sand casting is a process that demands skill and attention to detail in order for the finished product to meet your requirements. At Boqiao, the artists start by creating a template for what they would like to produce Boqiao Low Pressure die cast machines model is like a prototype, preview of the final product. The mold is packed in green sand and then fired at around 2044°F (1120°C) which hardens the molding providing enough strength for further handling.
Now, here comes the fun part! The mold is filled with sand, and then the hot metal in molten state poured inside. After the metal has cool enough, we remove the sand and see that final result of forged piece part.
