Nanjing Boqiao’s Custom Giant Sand Mold Low-Pressure Die Casting Machine Successfully Commissioned at Customer Site

Nanjing Boqiao Machinery Co., Ltd. has achieved another major breakthrough in large-scale customized casting equipment. A newly developed non-standard giant sand mold low-pressure die casting machine has completed on-site installation, precision commissioning and final acceptance, and has been officially put into trial production at the customer’s manufacturing base.

Tailor-made for ultra-large and heavy-duty aluminum alloy sand mold castings, the new equipment solves long-standing industry pain points such as poor forming quality, unstable filling performance and insufficient adaptability of standard machines. Boqiao’s technical team completed full-custom optimization in structural load-bearing, large-cavity filling system, high-precision closed-loop pressure control and intelligent safety protection.

The machine delivers stable filling, uniform molding and precise pressure control, effectively reducing porosity, shrinkage and deformation defects, and greatly improving the yield rate and production stability of large-size castings. Faced with the equipment’s huge dimension, complex structure and high installation precision requirements, Boqiao’s project team overcame multiple on-site challenges in hoisting, positioning, pipeline layout and process joint debugging, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery.
