How casting wheels are made

The making of casting wheels is a fascinating process which goes on in step by steps. First, a mold is created. When you think of a mould, imagine it as the shape or form that will contain your hot metal. This hot free flowing metal common is aluminum, Boqiao Aluminum casting parts use magnesium and in few cases even steel then fills the mold. The liquid metal would then cool down to solidify into a wheel shape. After the peri wheel has hardened, it moves to a cutting machine that cuts off the excess parts of dough which are not required.

After that, the wheel is finished. In other words, it is painted to perfection. Step Two: these big steps are very important because it is not so much that they make the wheel look good, but you will also protect them in order to avoid future rusts. The extra time to finish the wheel will pay dividends over years of use in that it a properly finished aluminum wheel is likely going to last for as long and perhaps even longer.
